Return & Exchange Window:
We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Products purchased on sale or discount
- Customized or altered items

Return Process:

- To request a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
- For local delivery orders, return pickup will be arranged or guided by us.

Refund Policy:

- Refund will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

- Exchange is available for size issues or damaged/defective products (subject to availability).

Important Notes:

- Products showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
